What's going on with the app?

All of a sudden I logged into the app and it showed a portfolio that is not mine. (It’s worth about 6 times mine, so I wish it was!) On the desktop, things look fine. But even logging out/logging in doesn’t change it on the app. And when I log in, it gives me a message about “While we set up your account …”

What’s the deal here?

I’m having the same issue.

I am having the same issue. It is showing me wallet addresses and coins that aren’t mine.

Please fix immediately.

Hey Accointing Fam, sorry for the mistakes you saw earlier in the mobile app. You‘ll see the correct portfolio values now. We are investigating to make sure this won’t happen again.

Same problem here :frowning:

We are still conducting our research and have the best people on it. We saw the problem from ~19:00 (swiss time) until ~19:30. Affected was the mobile app but not the web version.
We have deployed a patch by now that prevents this from happening again.
