Uphold Synchronisation is not working

Hello dear support team,

I am trying to re-connect my Uphold wallet to my Accointing account, however, until now, I’ve only been able to synchronise the Balances in my exchange, but not my transactions history.

Is this a common issue? How can I fix it myself, or should I just keep waiting for it to get fixed?

Has anyone else met this issue too?

After trying many time to refresh the exchange wallet, I kept getting the same “something went wrong” notification. So I tried making a small trade and refreshing the exchange wallet again and it worked… Funny work around…
