Uphold: "Something Went Wrong" Red Banner

Hi, there! Wondering if anyone knows a fix for this red error message.
When I click “retry” it will restart the import, say complete, and then revert back to the error message.
When I click the edit/pencil button I see this:

I tried using the green “Connect with Uphold” button but it started creating a 2nd instance of the entire wallet so I stopped and deleted the new wallet in progress to avoid duplicates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Update: I was able to fix sync issue with Uphold by making another purchase on Uphold. Looks like maybe the exchange times out connections that don’t have txs after a certain time period? Hope this helps anyone running into this.
