Upgraded My account - but payed full price

Hi Support,

Your website mentions that you can upgrade anytime and only pay the difference. However, while I upgraded from Hobbyist to Trader, I payed the full price of the new plan. Can I please get a refund of the Hobbyist package? I already sent a mail to your support adress but didnt get a reply


Please email us and we will make it right, it is probably due to our new payment model.
