Subscription money return request ignored

When I started to use your servicer last year, there were a lot of issues that made this service useless for tax reporting. Because I believe in your service and think this was only a temporary issue, I shared all my findings with you and gave you full read access to my data to solve the problems. Further, I had asked the team to extend my subscription to account for the period you need to fix these issues. Because You told me that this is not possible I asked for my money back.

In November 2021, I got an email stating Ticket Resolved - Pro Subscription 60902. However, the money has not been returned to my account. My various attempts to contact the team has been unsuccessful. I simply get ignored!!
