I logged onto my account on accoitning mobile and it shows the wrong (someone elses) portofolio. Logged off and on same issue. This is a big bug.
refresh again… I think they fixed it already.
Hey Accointing Fam, sorry for the mistakes you saw earlier in the mobile app. You‘ll see the correct portfolio values now. We are investigating to make sure this won’t happen again.
We are still conducting our research and have the best people on it. We saw the problem from ~19:00 (swiss time) until ~19:30. Affected was the mobile app but not the web version.
We have deployed a patch by now that prevents this from happening again.
