Refund for purchasing package for wrong year

I accidentally purchased a Hobbyist package for the 2022-23 tax year (on 7th Jan) and have since had to purchase a package for the 2020-21 tax year. Could I please get someone from support to help refund the payment for 2022-23 package I accidentally purchased?
