Password reset not working

I am trying to reset the password for my account. When I enter my email in the password reset dialog box and click submit I receive a message stating that a password reset link will be sent to my email address. I am not receiving the password reset email link in my inbox. I have checked my spam folder and it is not there either. I have tried to have the password reset link sent multiple times without success.

We were having an issue not too long ago, but I believe it is working now, please try again.

I tried again. It still does not work.

Any timeline on when you will be fixing the password reset function. I have a paid plan and need to be able to reset my password.
