No purchase history error on transaction where funds ar deposited previously?

The reason we ask for your data is that we do not see your data, whatever you put in your Accointing account, is encrypted.

I have sent the historic data you did ask for on an email. Then I did receive an email saying my ticket was resolved, It’s not resolved, the problem is still there, and I can not even sign up to the support portal to see my ticket, cause when I try to create an account it states the captcha wasn’t verified although I did it properly. It’s starting to become annoying working with your platform. Makes the users loose lots of time instead of saving it.

Let me check with the team to see what happened to your ticket. I apologize, this was during a time where we got new people in and were training them.

Hello, the problem is till there. I did receive an email stating that the issue was declared as a bug on January the 16th. Been receiving the same email every week, it’s passed almost a month and still there. Need to know when can I expect that the team starts working on this.

Hey @crenmy we were able to fix the issues.
Can you please either go through your full data set and classify all duplicates and fix the other issues, or simply delete your API connection and reimport it and reclassify it.

After updating the error was still there, so I decided to delete the wallet, but now whenever I try to set it up I get an error “something went wrong” and cannot make it work. Have tried several times yesterday and today. Any isues with API?

It’s all working now, I was not using the right API key and secret, thanks for the help Matt
