Ledger CSV import calculates fees incorrectly

Imported my CSV from ledger and my account balances are off, by up to 10%.

Accointing is taking off the fees from the transaction, yet the ledger report already accounts for these fees hence the issue. Showing on BTC and ETH

Could it be looked into please

Hey! I’m sorry to hear that. I’m going to need you to help me out with the following:

  1. Account details
  2. Screenshot of the error you received
  3. Wallet/Exchange you were using when you encountered this issue
  4. Wallet or Exchanges API keys, CSV or address used to import

Please send all of this to support@accointing.com and we will try to help you out as quickly as possible.

@tiffmasterj : please keep us updated here.

As an example…

Accointing calculates this as: 0.11844241 - 0.00147 = 0.11697241 ETH
However the actual ledger transaction is 0.11844241 ETH after fees

hence in this example the balance is 0.00147 Short

i.e. the correct amount is 0.11991241 - 0.00147 = 0.11844241

I have emailed over let me know if you need anything more and thanks for the quick response on the query, appreciated

Any update here? I hope Accointing realizes that not only is the ledger btc api broken, but the CSV import is broken too. This is unacceptable.

Been told there is a fix being worked on for this but just reimported and still the same issue :frowning:
