Internal transfers with multiple inputs and one output

I transferred Dogecoin and Bitcoin from a Bitcoin core and Dogecoin Core wallets, so I have added all addresses contained in the wallets. Then I transferred those funds to a Trezor Wallet. I am trying to classifying them as internal transfers. As there are multiple sources for one output wallet, I am unable to correctly link all the inputs to the output even though the dates, transaction IDs, and collective amounts of the inputs match the output. Is there a workaround for this?
Here is one example.

This sometimes happens because of how the blockchain sent it. I would classify these as ‘ignored’ and then create a new manual one of the same amount and same info and fees.
