I have updated my account for report 2021 but need to revoke my order

Hello Accointing team, I have recently updated my account to the year 2021, but I can’t continue working because I’m missing a lot of data and I can’t get them loaded or linked in Accointing. Therefore, I would like to cancel my order and ask for the order to be cancelled and the payment to be transferred back to my account.
