- Connection is down - API keys are invalid, outdated or missing permissions

Initially, I set up the exchange and the API Keys worked great, no problem. Then, for about a week or more now, I can’t get it to sync. I’ve gone through the process of setting up new API Keys several times without success. Nothing seems to work.

Would you be willing to send us your Read-only API so that we can take a deeper look into this? If so, please fill out this support ticket form :slight_smile:

The reason we ask for your data is that we do not see your data, whatever you put in your Accointing account, is encrypted.
