@debtfreegoal please click the VOTE button at the top of the thread if you haven’t already (it’s still at 4 which is where it was b4 you posted) to help us get the votes we need to get it added. Thanks!
@Rod, Perhaps this is one that might be worth getting out in front of. I have counted it as the #6 US exchange by 24hr volume and growing. FTX just bought naming rights to the Miami Heat basketball arena. Cheers.
I had used up my votes…
Ahhh. I didn’t realize we had limited votes. I want my sollet wallet vote back then haha.
Hey! Thanks for the feedback! In ACCOINTING.com, we work based on a voting mechanism: the more upvotes your feature requests has, the faster it moves in our development pipeline. Hopefully, you’ll get enough upvotes from this community to have it implemented. I’m rooting for you!
yeah, I did. I’m rooting too!
I would like to see this added as well. I voted but I am only number 7
Would also love to see FTX.us api support! My whopping 2 votes submitted
This will become a deal breaker for many in the US. Coinbase has terrible support and much higher fees. FTX is working hard to become the leader. I myself will find a new tax broker if this isn’t done by EOY.
Anyone know how many votes it takes to make this a priority?
please add ftx.us for trades thank you.
Hey guys, can someone check for me to see if you connect via API to normal FTX if it works with your FTX.us?
Just tried it and still does not work for me, thanks.
So FTX and FTX.us use different API’s thank you for clarifying
Here is where we are for votes:
Looks like we need our votes tripled to be in the running. Ouch.
The votes system makes sense for lesser known products and features, but I can’t believe we have to come here and beg for access to an FTX exchange. This isn’t some random wallet, it’s a major exchange. I really, really like the accointing platform, and I keep checking in to see if they have added this, but I certainly can’t pay for the tax services or use this as my main tracker without this api.
I believe that you guys can pull together enough votes. As a quick reminder, this is for FTX US, normal FTX is already supported via API.
I am not so sure it is different APIs. I am willing to bet it’s the same API but different IP endpoints / paths because of the US laws etc. So maybe just a quick change for FTX US to point to a different IP path …
From the Doc –
HTTP-based API with full trading and asset management functionality, with public orderbook and trades data as well as private account data and order management.
REST endpoint URL: https://ftx.us/api
Requests and responses use JSON.
So I bet for your FTX its https://ftx/api.
This change can’t take more than 1 man day to implement if its this easy.
