Failed to fetch data; Empty Zip File

Hello Accointing Support,

I’m trying to generate a tax report and receiving an error message, ‘failed to fetch data.’ I downloaded the zip file, but it was empty.

I searched and found similar topics from Spring/Summer '21 that said the bug was fixed. I’ve tried multiple times with the same error message.

I have 700+ transactions. I’m not using a VPN.

Please advise, thank you.

I was able to successfully download the zip file with the tax report.

The reason was probably due to having more than 50k transcations.
Check back next week when we plan to upgrade the system :slight_smile:
