When I attempt to import data from my CoinTracking account, none of the transactions are added.
I add my account in the following way:
- Services > Add new > CoinTracking
- Upload CSV
- Choose currencies
- Set the exchange type (In my case Binance, but using a generic exchange also does not work)
After a few seconds, the import is completed. The balance is set to 0 and there are no transactions for this newly imported exchange. The CSV file contains over 1000 rows, so it is weird that Accointing does not show any of them.
Is Binance the only the only exchange that you have? If so consider connecting it via API - Importing Your Transactions From Binance.com
Regardless, would you be willing to send us that .csv file from CoinTracking as we can see what is happening?

The reason we ask for your data is that we do not see your data, whatever you put in your Accointing account, is encrypted.
