CSV fails to process.
XLSX will process, but it never adds to the wallets page.
I have also ran into this issue, I will take a look.

- Account details (Including a copy of your csv.)
- Screenshot of the error you received
- Wallet/Exchange you were using when you encountered this issue
- Exchange or Wallet API keys, Wallet Address or CSV used to try to replicate the error
- A link to this page
