Calculating average asset price over multiple purchases

The UK tax authorities calculate tax on every trade according to the value on each of the assets involved, quoted in GBP at the point of sale. However, in the case of the assets being sold, this is not the exchange value on the day of the trade, but the average of its value (in GBP) across all holdings - whenever bought at various prices. Does your App calculate the average value of holdings over multiple historic purchases, in order to provide an accurate value for the asset when traded?
