Bitpanda wallet in Accounting reporting inaccurate information

Hi

This morning what appears in the Bitpanda wallet in Accointing, got disconnected from what is actually at Bitpanda. Lots of coins that appear in Accointing are not actually there. The balance on Bitpanda is around 3K but in Accointing it appears as 25K, because of this.

I took out the old wallet and added a new one. A bit of work with the internals but at least the true picture is there now.

Same problem here. Any solution without deleting the whole Bitpanda wallet?

@timmornYE ignoring/deleting any duplicated transactions.

This is not a solution for me.
I literally spend hours going through the transactions and flagging them correctly.
Is there any other way?
I find it unacceptable to let users “fix platform issues themselves”…

Can you do me a favor? Can you go to your Full Data Set and click on Export Full History? Then you can try to filter out your duplicates?

Hi all, Bitpanda has changed to a new Transaction ID format, due to this you will have duplicates. Please disconnect and reconnect the API and your values should be correct. Thanks.
Make sure to classify everything if you do it this way :slight_smile:
