Being charged for Subscription again

I bought a subscription to do my UK tax and now I’m trying to download the info and there is a message saying that I have to buy it again.
I have already paid for it 2 weeks ago.

It may be because you have more transactions than your tax plan can support. Could you please check it out?

I only made less than £4000 in 2020/2021. I need those documents to do my tax return. I paid for them. 2 weeks ago.

Can you tell me how many transactions you have and what tax plan you bought, please? A screenshot like this, so I can contact the support team and help you ASAP if this is not the problem
