Balances changed looks like someone else's account

I haven’t done any trading today and there now seems to be links to additional wallets and is missing some usual exchanges.

I think there has been an in error at your end meaning accounts have got mixed up in some synchronisation process.

Not yet logged in on a laptop.

mine is corrected now, so i think its fixed.

Hey Accointing Fam, sorry for the mistakes you saw earlier in the mobile app. You‘ll see the correct portfolio values now. We are investigating to make sure this won’t happen again.

We are still conducting our research and have the best people on it. We saw the problem from ~19:00 (swiss time) until ~19:30. Affected was the mobile app but not the web version.
We have deployed a patch by now that prevents this from happening again.
