Account is reading the wrong tier level

I subscribed to pro tier and yesterday my account type change back to trader. I paid for a full year. Please correct this issue.

I’m going to need you to help me out with the following:

  1. Receipt
  2. Wallet/Exchange you were using when you encountered this issue (Specifically your current total number of trades, you can get an estimate by going to the Full data set and tell us how many pages there are in the bottom left, give us the rough math :stuck_out_tongue:
